Guests have access to entire home and private backyard. Free parking in 2 spots to left side of shared driveway. One locked cabinet in laundry room not available for guest use.
▶ Parking: in two spots to left side of driveway; passenger vehicles only - shared driveway. Please note two spots to right side of driveway are designated for use by tenant in Unit B.
▶ Living Room Couch is NOT a sofa bed, but is long enough for a child or small adult to sleep on.
▶ TVs: No standard cable, but you may login to your own streaming services, or use your own streaming device on the smart TVs.
▶ Security Cameras: For guest security, we have a video doorbell that overlooks front entrance and another camera overlooks parking area. Both record audio/video when motion detected and will be operating during all stays. Recorded information is available 24/7. Cameras must remain unobstructed, not tampered with or disconnected.
▶ Child Safety: Please note: the home is not "child-proofed; please supervise children at all times. The back yard is fully fenced, but it does have a gate that leads to parking area in front of home.
▶ This is a duplex home that shares one wall with one other unit.
▶ Landscaping/Mowing - we may need to do landscaping and lawn care during your stay and their schedule varies; especially in the summer. They will access the back yard area to mow via the side gate.
▶ Monthly Stays - Initial Supplies
Complimentary starter pack of essential supplies for 1st week for monthly stays. Includes items like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee pods/K-cups.
▶ Monthly Mid-Stay Cleaning Fees & Right To Enter: Stays more than 10 days (less than 28 days) have an addll (optional) mid-stay cleaning with a fee of $85. Long-term bookings (28 days or more) have a mandatory mid-stay cleaning of $95 every month. We'll arrange a date/time convenient for you.
▶ Monthly Stays - Utilities
Utilities included in rate for all stays less than 6 months. Stays 6 months or more, guest will place utilities (except internet) in their name and be responsible for payment.
