Please note: there is a small separate building on the property that may occasionally be used by a family member, strictly for brief and unforeseen business needs. Your privacy is extremely important to us, and this space is used very rarely and with full respect for our guests’ stay.

Why they chose this property

Skopelos is the birthplace of my father. Although it is not the house he grew up in, this estate was passed down from his father who started building the villa. This is a home to us that will be passed down many generations.

What makes this property unique

The villa’s spacious courtyard offers plenty of room for relaxation and play. Children can safely enjoy the open space, ride their bikes, while adults can unwind by the pool on a warm summer morning or gather for a leisurely BBQ in the afternoon—all while taking in the beautiful views of the Aegean Sea.

The villa is fully wheelchair accessible and thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, including A/C, Wi-Fi, a 40" Smart TV, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for all guests.

Conveniently located, the property is just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket, bakery, and kiosk, and only 10 minutes from the charming center of Glossa.

If you’re traveling with a pet, you’re more than welcome—there are two adjoining dog kennels suitable for all breeds, and the entire property is fully enclosed for added peace of mind.
