The chale is in the condominium type with common area with pool and barbecue area is 100 meters from the itamambuca river and 200 meters from the itamambuca beach, and to go to the beach you have to cross the itamambuca river, this crossing can be made on foot or by small boats. The chalet has a private kitchen with fridge, stove and all household items and a private bathroom. The chalet has a double bed and a mezzanine on the top. The chalet holds up to 6 people and has a TV, fan. ceiling, wi fi, balcony with hammock overlooking nature, garage for up to two cars, waters directly from the sources of the hill of the bar, and still the chale is near the area of environmental preservation (mangrove) where you can find species native in the walks. the chale is 1km from red beach and 2km from Felix beach, and 40 minutes from Parati, a great place to rest. Come enjoy this wonder.

Poderia ser melhor

A limpeza da casa é feita superficialmente, tem teia de aranha e poeira, a casa não passa por uma boa limpeza eles apenas "passam um pano por cima" antes do próximo check in. Tinha obra barulhenta, o quintal estava cheio de lama, o espaço da churrasqueira era bem sujo, a porta do banheiro é sanfonada e ja estava quebrada quando chegamos (zero privacidade para usar o banheiro). Não fomos avisados que na noite de natal teríamos que compartilhar comida e churrasqueira, desistimos de passar a noite de natal conforme tinhamos programado. Não foi uma boa experiencia. Paguei caro por algo que não levei. Não recomendo.

Idel para quem gosta de sossego

Eu, meu marido e 05 filhos, ficamos 10 dias nos chalés da Lucia, é o lugar ideal para quem quer ter lazer, em um local tranquilo, bem cuidado e com um preço justo, o chalé estava limpo, a piscina bem cuidada, e a atenção da Luciana e do Esdras brilhante.
