Delightful one-bedroom, one-bath apartment over our garage with a small galley kitchen and living room for a single/couple to spend their downtime while visiting Saratoga this summer. Easy access via an elevator in the shared mudroom. A second guest & bath suite on the main level is also available if desired. Walking distance to downtown in a quiet neighborhood with parking.

Locals of Saratoga, we live, work, and play here. We love biking, kayaking, and the farmer's markets. We recently put an addition on our home for my mother to live and while she's away we thought we'd try renting it out for others to enjoy the wonders of our historic town.
Why they chose this property
We're located on the west side of Saratoga, but only 5 blocks from town, so it's quiet enough to get away but close enough to walk downtown to enjoy everything Saratoga offers.
What makes this property unique
Our property is of new construction and was built off an original 1920s home. It has all the amenities one would need without being in a hotel. Our backyard offers a beautiful garden right outside the bedroom window.
