Possibly see a moose if you’re up early! This lovely house in Nederland offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed and two with full beds. With 2 full bathrooms and 2 1/2 baths (one steam shower) and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. The basement even has a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The large, private backyard has a hot tub, zip line, and ninja course. Sit on the stone patio and grill out! Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and heating during your stay. Walking distance to the town of Nederland, bike trails and the bus stop that will take you to Eldora ski resort and/or Boulder. Don't want to take the bus? We are an 8 minute drive to Eldora and 25 minute drive from Boulder. Experience what Nederland has to offer with a stay at our phenomenal house. Pet friendly, our house has a doggy door and a fenced in yard so you can leave your pooch at home.

Hi! I'm Dana Brenick. I'm originally from the East suburbs of Cleveland but moved out to Colorado after college for the sunshine and the mountains. I've lived in Nederland since the late 90's. I own a spa in Boulder. When I'm not working or driving my 2 daughters around, I'm skiing or hiking with my black lab.
Why they chose this property
I moved up to Nederland for the great skiing and hiking and mountain bike trails. You feel very remote and in the mountains yet we are only 25 minutes from Boulder.
What makes this property unique
This is one of the few secluded large properties that is right in town. Large bedrooms, bathrooms, and 2 living areas with a large backyard make this home special.
