It’s proximity to the town center, multiple Mountain Views, and peaceful setting with the creek in the backyard make it a relaxing space for our family.

Sweeping mountain views on rear deck-to the left, straight, and to the right (lone peak).
River in backyard can be heard year round. There is the historic Crail Ranch conservancy in the rear of the property
