Grab your book or choose one from the bookshelf and let your cares soak away. The last bedroom has 2 twin beds ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like WiFi, AC, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and microwave, your stay will be convenient and stress-free. The 2.5 bathrooms come equipped with towels, a hair dryer, and limited toiletries, Outside immerse yourself in the 5-person hot tub, play a game of ping pong, corn hole, or just relax by the fire and make smores. This was a beautiful home! It was very clean and welcoming. Our dogs were allowed to stay with us, which was a big part of the reason we chose this home. They had a nice fenced in yard and were very happy. Donna was great with communication and was very friendly. We had a great experience with this home and would rent it again if we are in the area.

The house at 228 Cady, Nichols NY was really a charming stay. It has so many amenities and was decorated for Christmas in a very thoughtful way. We had Thanksgiving Dinner at the big kitchen and loved the special coffee station in the mornings. I recommend this spot for your Holiday retreat.

We had a lovely stay at this charming house in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were so comfy! It was spacious and very clean. Donna was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions promptly and politely! Definitely a great choice!!
