Beautiful site near Tamiami Trail

This is a beautiful property. The entryway and living area are very inviting. The backyard pool and lounge area are secluded with a mix of sun and shade. The master bedroom takes up half of the upper floor, so the remaining rooms are on the small side, but very comfortable. The furniture is well used, the dresser drawers don't slide easily and come off their tracks with any pressure, so that was annoying. If you are just living out of your suitcase, no problem!Very convenient to Everglades, Krome Avenue the airport and the Turnpike.

The worst experience I have ever had with Vrbo

First thing that happened my mom fell at the entrance she slipped with an old dirty rug and her leg, then this was the dirties house I’ve been too the ad for this supposed luxury house is very wrong Vrbo has to investigate this ad! Dirty everything broken my son has to tighten chairs they were all wobbly loose the bathrooms are disgusting the towels were not washed they were full of hair and dirt I had to spend money on buying towels for everyone the bathtubs were full of grim and dirt the curtains were falling apart only two tvs worked out of 6 the pool was disgusting the stones were broken off the patio furniture was full of mold it’s too much to write and I wish I could send the pictures I have for this house

Nury stayed with us for 4 nights. After her group left she mentioned things about the home I was not made aware of previously. She also mentioned her mother had “fallen” on a slippery rug. I offered help but never heard back from her. After she enjoyed her stay for 4 nights and never mentioned anything about cleanliness or anything else, she decided she would ask us for her entire trip to be refunded. She never provided us with any pictures or communicated with us. It is unfortunate because the homes reviews speaks for itself on other platforms as you are welcome to go take a look. We take cleanliness extremely serious and consider it the single most important thing in all the homes we have on vrbo and also other platforms. This review is absolutely a false image of our home and the way we handle cleanliness and safety. We will continue to strive to be amazing hosts and try to make everyone’s stay amazing!
