Why they chose this property

It’s by 95. It’s outskirts of Savannah so easy in and back unless work traffic. 4 minutes to the Walmart.
Overall it’s for some people and some rather be closer to downtown. To me it’s good for different places.

What makes this property unique

1 floor level house. Has a private uncovered pool for summer months. Easy to have a full house and sit back and sip wine or coffee.
