It is a Duplex rented to one group ONLY so no shared amenities. It has 2 Great Rooms, 2 Dining Rooms, 2 Fully Stocked Kitchens, 6 Bedrooms, One floor each has Larger bedroom with ensuite bath, 2 bathrooms on each floor - with total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We loved our stay at AMI. The house was exactly as described online. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the fact I was able to have our entire family come and be together but choose to have some alone time on our separate floors was just absolutely perfect.

Omg what a great house and such attentive owners. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing, fun long weekend get away. The outdoor space was amazing. The owners were easily available for any questions or concerns. We had an issue with the outdoor tv which the owner quickly replaced so we could watch the football game pool size. The beach access is across the street for easy beach days. We were 8 adults that had a fantastic weekend at a beautiful community

Perfect Beach Stay

Perfect location on AMI with wonderful host who communicated right away to answer any questions we had. Pool and backyard area amazing and the walk across the street to the most beautiful beach is hard to beat!Close to the shops with new electric golf carts made everything easy. We loved this stay!

The house was perfect for a family vacation with older children/grandchildren. The grandparents and parents had their space and the children/grandchildren had their space. With a beautiful pool area to hang out together and the beautiful beach across the street!

What an amazing location! Great beaches with fantastic sand and swimming. Plenty of space on the beach at this end of AMI, guessing because of the limited parking for those driving in, so staying is here is ideal. Home has great amenities and something for everyone. The outdoor space is fantastic and accommodated our entire group of a dozen people. Kids loved the pool as a great option before and after going to the beach. Highly recommend AMI as a family vacation spot. Eating and shopping not within walking distance of the home so the golf carts are essential. So fun to be able to cruise around and explore the island on them. Hosts are very responsive and helpful, very appreciated!

Great Place in a Great Location

We had a family vacation with a total of 11 of us. Grandparents, kids, and grandkids. The location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach. The pool area was perfect for getting together and hanging out. It was nice having the duplex option so that there was some seperation but we all could get together for meals and socializing. We definitely would rent again. AMI is beautiful and relaxing. The hosts were great and worked with us. I highly recommend this place if you want to get away and relax.

Our extended family gathered to celebrate my wife's retirement and couldn't have asked for a better place to get together for this special occasion. This was our first time at Anna Maria Island and we will definitely be reaching out to Carolyn and AMI Luxury Accommodations for our next stay. Carolyn was a fantastic host, answering all of our questions promptly via text and keeping us well informed prior to and throughout the stay. Everyone had an absolutely fabulous time at this beautiful 2-story house. There was more than enough room at this spacious six-bedroom house for our entire family of 14 (plus 1 cat) to comfortably stay. The property had a fantastic view of beautiful Anna Maria beach and provided everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks, bikes and kitchen utensils and supplies. The pool area had more than enough comfortable lounge chairs and the spa and amazing covered bar area were perfect for everyone to gather and chill after spending a great day at the beach, fishing, kayaking or tooling around town on the two amazing golf carts. We unanimously highly recommend this house.

While this property has incredible potential, it was clearly not ready to be rented at the time of our stay. The host did not even own the property at the time we booked on VRBO. Photos on the listing were renderings and photo-shopped. Falsely claimed sleeping for 16 people. Numerous safety hazards and the majority of the listed amenities were not provided.

If you're planning a trip to Anna Maria Island, “Salty Seas” is the perfect place to stay! This home combines luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable location. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home—but better! Highlights of our stay: Beautifully Designed Space: Every detail of the house is thoughtfully curated, from the coastal-inspired decor to the modern amenities. It’s even better than the photos! Amazing Amenities: The pool was a favorite spot for our family to relax after a day at the beach, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare food and drinks. Prime Location: Just a short walk to the beach and close to Anna Maria’s amazing restaurants and shops. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Comfort and Cleanliness: The property was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made us feel well-rested every morning. We can’t recommend “Salty Seas” enough. It’s a true gem on Anna Maria Island and the perfect spot to create lasting memories. We’re already planning our next stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Family vacation

This property was the ideal setting for our group of 14. Perfect accommodations from ages 1-67.The heated private pool and hot tub was a hit and received much use. Rafts and inner tubes were also provided. What impressed us most was how well stocked both units were. Kitchen appliances, cookware,cooking tools, utensils, dishes, bowls were all the finest quality and ample supply. The outside, poolside bar area was our common meeting place and the lighting added extra ambiance. Aside from the frozen drink maker and Ninja Blender, the large outdoor TV, the WiFi sound speaker ensured everyone was relaxed and entertained. Any question we had was IMMEDIATELY answered and gave us peace of mind that our hosts were truly invested in ensuring a fun trouble free vacation. The house is clean and tastefully decorated, well supplied with towels, linens, basic cleaning supplies and 2 washer/dryers!The beach is across the road and many restaurants, pubs and shops are close by.These owners are serious about provided you with a stress free vacation spot with all the amenities in a convenient location. What an amazing stay - beautiful accommodations ! Fantastic & fully equipped premium kitchen with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy cooking & getting ready to host a big Super Bowl barbecue in the stunning backyard — while enjoying the beautiful AAA pool, bar & TV extraordinary area & leisure spot to enjoy the sun with absolutely everything you need ! The new weber griddle grill worked perfectly to make yummy fabulous sandwiches, where we would put the buns face down on the grill ! The pool was stunning & sparkling clean - such fabulous lights everywhere to continue enjoying into the evening . Just a few short steps to an amazing sunset & beautiful walks on the beach & in town shopping — not to mention fabulous AMI restaurants . Great family getaway/destination wedding!!!!

We booked this home to accommodate our large family plus our daughters soon to be in laws. This place is perfect for two families wanting to vacation together as it offers two separate houses all in one. So it is perfect to enjoy your time apart and also enjoy time together. The house is in a prime location for easy beach access and the owners provide everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. Chairs, towels, ice chest, and wagons are there so no need to pack all of that extra stuff!! And the beach is literally steps away from the front door. And, if you prefer to explore the other beaches on the island, there are golf carts to pack up and head out exploring on!!! The beaches of Anna Maria are amazing and there are so many public beach options to choose from. Anna Maria island is unlike any other beach town we have been to when it comes to enjoying the beaches. And the water is absolutely beautiful!!!The pool area was very nice! Plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade. The outdoor bar/cooking area is also nice. There is also a full size refrigerator outside which was great. We spent most of our time hanging out around the pool. Inside also did not disappoint. Plenty of hot water and fully stocked kitchen. Everyone in our group talked about how comfortable the beds were. Very spacious for a large group. The owners were very responsive with any of our questions that occurred during our week at the Salty Seas. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We had the most amazing stay at this property on Anna Maria Island! We had 12 people total — 6 adults and 6 kids — and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The layout was perfect for a large group, and having two full kitchens made meals and snacks so easy.The pool was absolutely incredible warm, clean, and the perfect hangout spot for both kids and adults. We especially loved the fridge by the pool (such a game changer). The beach is literally right across the street, which made going back and forth effortless. Honestly, you do not need a car the entire island is so walkable and convenient.The amenities were above and beyond. Bikes, Golf carts, wagons, beach chairs, towels everything you could possibly need was already there. It made the whole trip feel stress-free and easy.We truly cannot say enough good things about this property. It made our vacation unforgettable, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Fun with Friends!

Four couples from four states, lifetime friends! This house was just perfect for our gathering. The kitchen(s) are well stocked, everything was clean and as expected.
