This corner property is within walking distance of the beach as well as fantastic dining options in the heart of Marco! Feel completely relaxed in your tropical retreat or take a dip in the large heated pool that is just steps from your door. The Seabreeze South Community also offers a clubhouse, gas grills and laundry room. The Seabreeze South Community takes just a little extra effort to verify the guest staying at our condo. Please note that an HOA background check and application will be sent electronically to you for completion. It will be due back no less than 20 days prior to arrival. If by chance your booking is within the 20 days, I will work with you directly to expedite this process.
