Updated old house with high end furnishings in a quiet, established neighborhood. Two houses down from the Mont and a few blocks from the OU stadium, the location is exceptional and well kept inside. (My yard is a work in progress.) The space is inviting and fully equipped but this is not a house for loud people/parties/barking dogs. No noise after 9pm. I'm blocking fall weekends of 2027 until the OU football schedule is released.

About the host
Hosted by mariah hope
I split my time between Norman and Denver, love travel and pursuing adventure. I've done house flipping and interior design, I appreciate beautiful spaces. This is the 6th short term rental I've set up and I'm the proudest of it.
Why they chose this property
A highly sought-after historic neighborhood with lots of trees and a quiet vibe. Most have immaculately landscaped yards (I'm still working on mine). We are two blocks from a creek so if there are definitely raccoons, possums, skunks, some red foxes, and lots of birds.
What makes this property unique
This house has been tastefully renovated while keeping the charm of the original floors, wood trim, and windows. All the amenities a kitchen could have plus plenty of dishware and baking equipment. The backyard is a generous size with multiple places to sit and a fire pit and games. It's a serene house so close to campus and in my opinion, the perfect location for walking. My neighbors value tranquility so the quiet hours are very important.
