Awesome Location and Property

Easy walking distance to Government Street. My family and I loved the property. Great for our young kids, but my wife and I can’t wait to go back and stay just the two of us.

Great House!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Julie was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I would move the coffee set up to the kitchen. And make sure there is bath soap available in both bathrooms. It was a perfect spot for the festival. Far enough away we didn’t hear the noise, but close enough to come and go as we needed to. We were very comfortable!!

Cute cottage

Perfect for a one night girls trip or a couple. Walking distance to the cutest downtown area. The double bed is very comfortable, but the bunk beds and day bed are better for kids. Julie was very quick to respond, and has the cottage fully stocked with plenty of linens (including pool towels) and kitchen gadgets. The pool is a great plus!

Perfect Location

Loved this property. Just a short walk to government street which is where all of the restaurants are. We walked one block up and rented a golf cart and drove to Biloxi Beach and the Harbor. The house was impeccably clean and well maintained. The best water pressure of any place I have ever stayed. There is a pool house next to the pool with a tv, wine cooler, bathroom w/shower and a coffee pot. This host is so friendly and helpful. She gave me information of local spots to take my grand daughter and responded immediately when I asked a question. This is a true gem and would love to stay again.

Nice but overpriced

Hope I get some money back because no cleanup will be needed. Thought I was getting something better than I did. Was nice but I thought it was going to be more because of the price.

Absolute Perfection

I rarely review properties, but this was a must. This little house is a wonder. Beautifully appointed, comfortable for our family’s stay but with an upscale feel. Location is perfection. I’m from Ocean Springs and was visiting home, and couldn’t have chosen the location better. Situated downtown in walking distance to our favorite restaurants and shops, and just a short walk or golf cart ride to beautiful Ocean Springs beach. Area is safe and quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool and the pool house with a mini wet- and coffee- bar and TV and lounge seating. Beds were comfortable; one room has a full size bed and 2 bunk beds, the other has a twin with a roll-out twin underneath. Kitchen is small but capable of handling real jobs, and there’s even a charcoal grill out in the back yard. Will definitely return to this property. Kudos to the hostess.
