A bright, modern 3-bedroom home one mile from historic downtown St. Augustine. The backyard is the heart of it: a private putting green, a fire pit, and palm trees all around. Inside you'll find two king suites, a calm twin room, and an extra-large dining table with room for eight. It works just as well for three generations as it does for two families or a group of friends.
We welcome little ones: there's a pack'n'play, a booster seat, kids' dinnerware, and a stash of books and board games for slow evenings.
AT A GLANCE
• Sleeps 8: two king suites, a twin room (2 twins) for kids or adults, and a queen sleeper
• Private fenced backyard: putting green, fire pit, propane grill, corn toss
• 92" dining table seats eight comfortably; fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar
• For little ones: pack'n'play, booster seat, kids' dinnerware, children's books, board games
• 1 mile to downtown; 12 to 15 minutes to the beach, with chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler provided
• A holiday favorite: Nights of Lights minutes away, and a 12-foot Christmas tree at home in season
SLEEPING & BATHS
Two full bathrooms, one per floor.
Main floor: king suite with workspace, steps from the full bath with walk-in shower (it also serves the living area).
Upstairs: a second king bedroom with 55" TV, the twin room in the same calm beach style as the rest of the house, and a full hall bath.
The queen sleeper is downstairs. The layout splits naturally: grandparents or one couple on the main floor, everyone else up.
THE SPACES
Two-story ceilings and wraparound windows keep the house light from morning to evening. A 65" TV in the living room, a record player with a small vinyl collection, a quiet yoga corner under the stairs, and a reading nook upstairs with a little library box. After the kids are down, the fire pit and the egg chair under the palms are all yours.
KITCHEN & COFFEE
Fully stocked and organized so you can cook from day one. The coffee station has a Keurig Duo, a French press, a gooseneck kettle, Starbucks coffee, and teas. Kids' plates and utensils have their own drawer.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The backyard is where La Costa shines. Putting contests for every generation, evenings around the fire pit, a swinging egg chair and hammock under the palms, and a grill steps away. Fully fenced, so toddlers and grandparents both wander freely.
