With colorful decor and artistic touches, this space is perfect for those who appreciate a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The bedroom comfortably sleeps three with two twin beds and a trundle, and includes a TV for added convenience. Despite being an older space, we've transformed it into a fun and beautiful environment that guests will love.

There is no AC, washer, or dryer.
There is no kitchen just kitchenette with heating plate and microwave,

- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 valid until 11:00 am.
- The rate is called "continuous parking" which means that once they leave, the spot might be gone.
- The rate is intended to have guests pay a full night without moving the vehicle
- The rate expires at 11:00 am.
As an alternative: there is an option to buy hourly rates at $1 per hour.
