Inside of the property was very nice and very clean and very comfortable. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood when we arrived. Ended up being quiet for the two nights we were there.

Great location! It was less than a 10-minute drive to the UWM campus, which was perfect since we were in town visiting my son at college. The apartment has lots of old charm and character, and the backyard was such a cute and unexpected bonus in the city! We also really appreciated having off-street parking. The host was great and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and cute place! The host was so easy to communicate with. Our pickup truck wouldn’t fit in the garage but that’s fine because there was plenty of street parking. The mattress was very firm/stiff and few new pillows would be my only dislikes. We loved our stay.

Greg, our host, was on site to greet us and helped us settle in. We very much appreciated that. He also responded quickly each time we reached out. The home was charming, cozy and well-stocked. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Two “head’s ups”: the bed in the main bedroom could use a memory foam mattress topper for comfort, and we found parking our SUV in the garage a bit of a challenge due to our inexperience as garage users!

Thank you for the honest review, Teri. We have taken your advice and added a memory foam mattress topper to the bed in the main bedroom. As far as the garage goes, you are correct; it is kind of tight squeeze to get in, being in an alley. It is "city parking" at its finest. My friend and I could not have been happier with this location and this home. Cozy, clean, lovely to look at, good kitchen & comfy bedrooms. Greg is a friendly, helpful & hands-on host. The house is a quaint space on a beautiful residential street with good walking access to a couple of great eateries & the rest of this lovely city. Highest recommendation & many thanks!

Quick stay in Milwaukee. Loved the house and it's charm. Had everything we needed for our couple nights. Nicely updated and cozy. Very nice backyard. Easy access to downtown and a few parking options onsite. Owners were quick to respond to questions and left a book with instructions and info about the city. Will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!

Cute place in an even cuter neighborhood!

I would recommend this listing to everyone, it’s super cute! The owners were very friendly and communicative. Check in was easy, the binder of information was super helpful, and I loved the backyard and porch area! The neighborhood is lively, easily walkable and just overall adorable. If you stay here, I recommend checking out Foundation Bar, it’s walkable and a gem! Thank you:)
