Boutique villa in les Hauts de Saint Jean with stunning Eden Rock view

Stunning view of Eden Rock in Saint Jean bay. A view you can even enjoy in the pool watching the sunset.
Setup as a duplex, the top floor comprises of a Chef Kitchen living room. The floating island can accommodate up to 8 guests for dinner. Aside from the view, the terrasse a lounging area and a small pool.
The lower floor is accessed through a tropical garden and has 2 identical suites and a studio. While we do not rent the studio currently for weekly stay. It will be available for longer stays and during the high season.
3 min for Eden Rock, Nikki Beach, Gypsea and all that St Jean has to offer.
4 min from Saline. You are at one of the best location the Island has to offer.

Fantastic!

Had a great time staying in the villa. It’s pristine clean, great location and gorgeous views. If u come back to St Barth again, I’ll stay at the villa again!

This stay was just perfect, Villa was new, gorgeous. Very Modern and definitely a 10!!! Location was prime, close to everything couldn’t have asked for a better Villa on the whole island! So much fun, I will be staying here next time hopefully!!

The place was so modern and clean. It had everything we needed for a getaway. The location was perfect since it was 5 mins from Saline and St Jean. Stores, shops and restaurants were nearby. The pictures don’t do it justice . The pool area was amazing. It had wonderful views. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

St Barth getaway

Everything was perfect the pictures and description do not do this property justice. We did not know housekeeping was included so having Letitia come was a PLUS! The area is very quiet, 3 minutes in the car and you are at Gypsea beach. We loved watching the planes land from the patio. This Villa far exceeded expectations, the quality looked as if this was designed to be the owners full time residence, Lutron lighting throughout - high end finishes. Cannot wait to visit again
