Full sized automatic garage right off the kitchen. Free WiFi, huge closets, lots of drawers, Master bedroom has King bed, second bedroom has Queen-sized pillow-top bed. All welcome, bring your pet - huge front lawn out your front door and private dog run through medium pet door (7"x11").

We loved the interior. The neighbors were very welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay. The only negatives were underwear left in the dresser drawer and dead roaches in the bath tube and on the kitchen floor. Also no sponge or kitchen towels. We made due. I wpuld still stay again because everything else was very nice.

Kitschy is fun!

Nice, clean little property. Decor is kitschy but fun!!! Nice garage with W/D and a fantastic fenced yard for the dog!!!! Much better than staying in a hotel room!!!

Tamara was wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful. House is as described, but feels like a little oasis in the middle of Bakersfield. Friendly neighbors. Location was perfect for what we needed, just minutes from everything. If I'm ever here again I would definitely use this property again!

Great owner! great stay! amazing atmosphere!

The owners Greg and Tamara were amazing. I did not expect to find this little gem in Bakersfield California of all places. I would highly recommend booking your stay instead of a hotel. I would most definitely stay with the phone again. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy. One of the neighbors actually introduced himself and invited us to their barbecue. Pretty cool Ha ?

Awesome stay, was a amazing atmosphere, loved the decor. Nice neighbors. A store right down the street is convient. Only suggestion bring camping chairs if you would like to sit outside. Extremely cordgil hosts, would gladly stay again.

Bert had throat cancer, and had his voice box removed in 2011. Bert speaks with an electrical device and is the master of his craft in interior design. You'll experience fun designs at our home by Bert and my wife Tamara, and maintanence problems solved by me. I have a background in engineering, love the spiritual implications of quantum physics. I studied the lives of powerful people (heroes) and wrote a book about their path to greatness and how to find your own. My wife is the author of a children's book called Emerald Echo, Beyond this world there is a world I want... where you'll enter an underwater journey within, and discover untold stories that ache for expression - experience forgiveness and unlock the treasure of your Heart Virtue.
