Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space for our family gathering downstairs. Loved having our morning coffee on the front porch. AC was working and felt wonderful in that muggy Buffalo summer heat. Close to downtown, Bills stadium, and Avanti Mansion. We had a great time!

Quaint Neighborhood Home

Five of us stayed here while going to the Bills playoff game. The house was very quaint in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and roomy, even for the 5 of us

Very nice place to stay in Buffalo. Super convenient and close to everything.Pros: great locale and easy to get everywhere we needed to go!Excellent washer and dryer. Kitchen had every amenity we needed. Included plenty of coffee and creamers to choose from. Excellent hot showers with good water pressure. All the beds were very comfortable. Our host even added Christmas decorations as we stayed during our Christmas vacation.Cons: the home could use a good deep clean - especially the floors. Basement could use better lighting and perhaps a runner or rugs for a pleasing walk to the washer and dryer. The house is a little drafty so we did ask for additional blankets which our host had delivered to us. Overall a GREAT stay! We will stay here again when we return to Buffalo!
