Both beautiful and functional, it has been fully renovated and thoughtfully crafted to feature both modern and classic elements. In addition to two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it includes everything you need to feel comfortable: central air, washer/dryer, WiFi, a 4-seat breakfast bar, new appliances, easy parking, and a 6-person dining table.

This private 1st floor apartment was recently renovated in 2024 from top to bottom. We have poured our heart and soul into this entire house, sparing no expense so that we can offer guests the best experience possible. While designing these apartments, we put every effort into creating spaces that we ourselves would want to stay in. Each unit in this house features central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a shared outdoor/patio space and shared fitness area.
This sparkling clean apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one en-suite and one main bathroom with laundry). It also comes equipped with all of the basic amenities that you need to feel at home, including:
- All bedding and extra blankets and pillows - Towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board - Washer and dryer in unit - Complete dishware, pots and pans, and cooking supplies - On-street and off-street parking (please see a note about parking) - Gigabit speed WiFi with free Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and Disney+ - Pack and play, high chair, inflatable mattress, and desks are available upon request -Roku TV with MAX, Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+, and Disney+ -Access to shared fitness area -Access to a shared patio -Access to a shared balcony
Regarding supplies: Please note that we do provide starter items, such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and shower items, that will last you the first few days. If guests run out of these items or there is something not provided in the unit that they need, guests are expected to obtain these items on their own. We have a list of grocery store options in our guidebook if needed.

We like to give guests their space during their stay, but we live nearby and are happy to stop by whenever needed to help.
Our home is located in the historic Prospect Hill section of New Haven. This neighborhood is home to perhaps the finest architecture in the entire city - a collection of large mansions from the mid to late 19th and early 20th century. These homes once belonged to wealthy industrialists, Connecticut governors, elite educators, and business luminaries. Many of these properties have been wonderfully restored in the past few decades and the area now offers terrific opportunities for architecture fans and history buffs.
Outdoor spaces: The backyard, parking area and front porch are shared with other guests.
Parking: There is both off-street and on-street parking available. Our private parking area fits 1 car per unit. Additional cars can park on the street for free.
Gym information: Gym hours are 10:00am-7:00pm daily. Gym space is shared with other guests.
Noise: This is a multi-family house, so you may hear other guests at times. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Must be at least 21 years or older to reserve this space.
