A lovely accomodation central to Clermont attractions
This was a charmingly appointed unit within easy walking distance of the waterfront, restaurants, Old Town. It is a very nice neighborhood, access was easy, and the unit was very clean and welcoming. We will definately return.
Our visit was excellent!! The home was very clean and well appointed. The owners even sent a message a few days before our arrival telling us what equipment / appliances were available at the home and asking if we would need additional supplies. I've never had that happen, but what a nice touch!! As for the location, any and everything we could have wanted was within a short drive. The area was relatively quiet and also great for walking. I'd say it was a great value, too! I will definitely stay there when I'm in town again!!
This is the second time I have stayed at the property, it didnt disappoint! Always very clean, has the basic necessities such as shampoo / soap (forgot mine-lol) great communication from owner. Great location to the town, walking distance from the center of town.

We were in town for a graduation. The hosts were super nice. Check in was easy. The property is very comfortable. We were traveling with our dog and she settled in very quickly. It was a wonderful weekend.
Needed a place to stay due to Hurricane Milton, mainly bc we have a newborn. Luckily this home was available. When we arrived, it was the coziest and cutest property. It really felt like home away from home for a few days. It wasso easy to contact the owners , communications was flawless. Id highly recommend staying here!
The location was perfect for us within walking distance to Waterfront Park and the historic downtown. A big plus is the very quiet neighborhood. The villa has everything as advertised in excellent condition and clean. It’s a short drive to all the restaurants, shopping and services that Clermont has to offer. The previous year we stayed in an other similar villa next door with the same owner. So we are repeat customers!Our host Debbie was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this property.
We needed a last minute rental that accommodated three adults and two dogs to avoid the impact of hurricane Helene. This property is so well kept and conveniently located near downtown Clermont. Lots of restaurants and shops to keep us distracted. The hosts were beyond kind and quickly communicated with us despite dealing with their own storm prep and recovery.
This was our third stay at these properties. The suite was clean and well stocked, the owner very responsive, and check-in and out was painless. As usual!
