Why they chose this property

The apartment is located in one of the city suburbs - Bukoto. Designed with local and recyclable materials with a touch of modern class. It's location is near tourism sites, markets, supermarkets, hospital, asian and european restaurants and parks. I enjoy taking evening walks, i get to see different neighbouring apartments, school children playing and other community activities. All apartments/homes in the area are gated for privacy, therefore it is quiet and security cautious.

What makes this property unique
