Beware. Booking was easy, communication not horrible, but delayed. The issues was that the house is full of black mold. We booked, bought groceries for the week, stayed 3 hours and had to check out and rent a hotel. We lost the food we bought because we had no place to keep it. We received our money back but it did not include anything for all of the groceries we lost. That was so wrong. This house should not be rented out until the roof is fixed (the back of the house was covered with a tarp). The moldy insulation needs replaced in the ceiling and walls as well as the carpet and all of the home furnishings and if needs a deep cleaning. I got sick just in the 3 hours I was there. I had to wash our clothes at the hotel to get that mold smell out. There is absolutely no way this home developed that much mold in a week. Vrbo agreed. It was growing in the artwork on the walls and seeping through the ceiling and walls. Black mold is so dangerous. Anyway it took a couple of days, but we did get our money back and we appreciate that but the stress it caused was great. We had other people who are staying with us that ended up with not being able to find a hotel. WRONG!!! I feel compensation was due. This property needs to be removed from the listing altogether.
