The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pull Sheet corners of used beds & leave on beds. Take out all trash, diapers etc. Dumpster behind garage Move outside playhouse and toys off lawn Put away cleaned pots and pans-load and run dishwasher
Put furniture back if you have moved it (I would rather you didn’t move it) Take all your fresh and canned food away. Empty refrigerator. Return garage remotes ($50 charge each for lost remotes)
Return stroller if it is in your car Close garage Close all windows and close shades for sun Lock back door Lock and check front door, it is secure Heat and cooling can be left for cleaners to change
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love this place also. We are older with not small kids but I remember what it was like to watch my daughter in law get ready for a trip with children. The house was the most well stocked of any I have ever stayed in. The location was in good proximity to the Zoo, Union Station and the Holocaust museum. We found some little gems to eat at that were very close by!

Great stay! Love the family friendly feel

This was a great place to stay with our two young daughters. They really planned for families who might stay with them. Having the crib high chair and stroller made packing for our trip much easier. Thank you!

Thank you for the 5 Star review. I remember MANY years ago traveling with kids so I prepared this property for several ages with real crib, stroller, playpen, video games and outside entertainment for 2-6 year olds in summer . We did find that the dryer door needs to be pushed back to open the dryer. You were correct.

Great stay in roomy townhouse

We love this house and we live nearby.

Traveler and love adventure in a new place. I am a native of upstate New York.
I have been in many Latin countries and have learned a little Spanish. We are retired and enjoy long bicycle rides (we crossed Nevada on route 50), trap shooting and traveling.
I like to read adventure books and biographies of people who were adventurers themselves.
The spices and great food and the people of a new country or just a new city are fun for me.

We chose this neighborhood because it is near our home and it offers the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Located just 15 minutes from all the excitement of downtown St. Louis, this area gives you easy access to major attractions like Carondelet Park and Anheuser-Busch, while still providing a peaceful and private space to unwind.

We love the quiet streets, friendly neighbors, and the sense of community that comes with it. With plenty of off-street parking, space for outdoor activities, and quick drives to shopping and entertainment, it’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy St. Louis with a cozy home base.
