This beautifully RENOVATED Key West beach house is located in the exclusive and quiet neighborhood of Tilghman Beach and just across the street from the beach. 6 bedroom, 4 bath house is located directly across the street from the beach. This house has its own private pool, hot tub & outdoor enclosed shower. This property received all new siding, decking, fencing, flooring, paint, furniture, completely remodeled kitchen, appliance and TV's in the winter of 2017-2018. In the winter of 2018-2019, all 4 bathrooms were completely remodeled. The house sleeps a total of 18 people with a total of 2 kings, 4 queens, 2 twins & 2 sleeper sofas.

Those who want to swim can head outside to the private outdoor swimming pool or relax in the private outdoor Jacuzzi. Even the sports fans will be satisfied with the outdoor basketball hoop & volleyball net and fenced yard for playing corn-hole! This beach house has a well appointed-kitchen and charcoal BBQ grills to satisfy everyone's hunger after all of those activities.

Perfect location

We had a 4th of July family get together here and it was amazing. How is as advertised, the kids loved the pool, and the beach was a short walk distance away. Definitely would stay here again. Great pripery and communication.

Memories Made

First of all check in was so easy. Second the pool was bigger than I expected and a pleasant surprise. We had 8 adults and 7 kids everyone enjoyed the pool. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and right across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and we were able to make a few dinners for everyone. The grill outside is small and took time to cook but we made it work, it is a charcoal grill. We had so many laughs and everyone found things to do. A great weeks vacation and I highly recommend.

This beach house has a little something for everyone, short walk to the beach or lounge by the private pool and jacuzzi, fenced back yard and BBQ area makes it the perfect house for large families or groups. Family Thanksgiving

The property fit our family perfect. We decided to do thanksgiving a little different from the norm.o erall the house the hkuse was great. I would ask that the management change a few small things like offering more than than just one roll of tissue per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. When you have guest of 10+ people you should at least do 2 rolls. Just small things. I would definitely stay again and recommend. one roll per
