Chipley office building with modern appointments and contemporary amenities. No detail is overlooked
in the rustic elegance of this charming space, featuring seven uniquely styled rooms with ensuite marble
baths, and all new kitchenettes. Beautiful antiques, cozy comforts and sunlit views grace every private
space.

A Great Stay

This was a very cozy comfortable and clean vrbo, after visiting family during the evening we were very happy to enter inside this quant lovely place to relax and the The Television was adjustable which made it even better to relax with a great movie.

Quaint Inn

This is a rare find in that area. Beautifully decorated and well laid out. The outdoor seating area is peaceful and cozy. Business travelers be advised though this is an old building and you can hear neighbor if the adjoining room is occupied. Don't let that stop you, just turn up your white noise and you won't hear a thing. The town square is quite so you won't have outside noise and the area is perfect for a run or walk.

Perfect room for 2, nice cute sitting area. I felt like I was at home , all the rooms , the pictures does not do justice to how beautiful the rooms are . It doesn’t look like a hotel, it looks like home and that’s what I LOVED MOST ABOUT IT

Charming in Carthage

This property is right on the town square! The building is probably at least 100 years old, and the owners have updated it while preserving the vintage vibe. The decor is a masterful mix of antique and contemporary. The things you’d like to be modern (WiFi, plumbing, beds, electricity) have all been recently installed, and there are still so many of the original antique embellishments. I don’t know why you’d stay anywhere else! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was one of the most unique properties that I’ve stayed at. It has been meticulously restored. It provided extremely easy access to the Leake County Courthouse.
