Secluded Beachfront condo in beautiful Mar Chiquita.When you enter the open concept you'll see the dining room and living room with TV with cable TV ,WiFi and
amazing ocean views all decorated contemporary nautical theme.Adjacent to the dinning room is the balcony with 2 rocking chairs a table and at the other side a high table with 2 chairs so you can enjoy breakfast or wine while admiring the vistas.
Enter the hallway passing the full equipped kitchen and you'll find the guest bed room, with a queen bed and air conditioner .Across the hallway is the guest full bath room. At the end of the hallway is the Master bed room site with a King size bed, Smart TV , air conditioner,walk in closet and a full bath room.Amenities include bath towels, shower gel, shampoo ,hair dryer steamer,WiFi and cable TV.
Your outdoor private terrace has direct access to the beach.In the terrace you will find a seating/eating area with a BBQ kitchenette and an outdoor shower with a beautiful mosaics.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Lilly, the property manager, was very helpful including sending links to nearby stores and restaurants before our arrival. The complex was very quiet, and we enjoyed meeting the other guests staying in the other apartments. The beach location was so great. We would definitely stay again.

Hidden Gem in Puerto Rico

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for tranquility and quiet. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean and and spending our afternoons on the golden sand beach. Definitely planning a trip back!

Bomb ass beach apt!!!

If you're looking for a beautiful beach view and relaxation this is the place for you. We were in peace listening to the sounds of waves. The apt. had everything we could possibly need. We were very pleased on how well the property manager communicated with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful

The property manager was respectful, kind and communicative. The property was clean, well taken care of, and spacious for our group of 5. We only had to take about a 3 minute walk to Playa Mar Chiquita, which was stunning and gorgeous. The location of the property was very convenient and the locals were all friendly. Overall, we had an amazing time and experience with the property, beach, and town.

Great beach access condo

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 college age teens) stayed at this very nice condo in Manati, in northwestern part of Puerto Rico, just a short one minute walk to the beach. Terrific beach access. The condo has an ocean view and you can hear the ocean from the condo. The condo was vey clean, well-appointed kitchen, beds were comfortable, A/C worked very well. The host gave us some excellent recommendations about restaurants and grocery stories in the area. Definitely recommend this place. It is about an hour west of the airport and 90 minutes from El Yunque National Forest.

Things happen & so the bedrm tv stopped working. Owner on vacay too. However instructed maintenance crew to purchase a new tv. Overall very nice.

This ocean front condo in Manati (Mar Chiquita) was very clean, comfortable, beautiful, peaceful and the host Linorma was amazing. The ocean view from your private balcony was beautiful.The condo had all amenities necessary along with your own private beach access. No complaints and will be back.

Family Rest and Retreat

This property lived up to and exceeded expectations. The property manager and assistant were fantastic. The location, readiness, cleanliness, comfort was amazing. I got excellent sleep. The bedrooms, bathrooms, patio and common areas were finely appointed. I traveled with an older senior over the age of 80 and she was able to get around, enjoy the property and relax and be as active as she chose to! I will be back! The waterfront patio was fun too. We made dinner via BBQ and ate outside. The patio was excellent. We were very sad to leave. A 10/10. Fantasic!

Wonderful home base for a week away!

Just what we wanted - very quiet & secure complex away from the busy areas. The only sounds were tropical birds and ocean waves. Lilly was an excellent and communicative host - be sure to take her recommendations on where to eat nearby. She made check-in and check-out very easy - texted us with simple instructions the day before arrival/departure. The rental itself had everything we needed - well appointed kitchen, laundry on site, comfortable bedrooms, updated bathrooms and beach towels/supplies. We enjoyed sipping our coffee & wine on the porch, swimming in the pool and walking on the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

A great vacation

Communication with Mrs. Rojas was top notch. The condo has everything you need. It was extremely clean with great air conditioning. The views are stunning. The beach across from the condo is beautiful but not for swimming. Luckily the most beautiful swimming beach is a few steps to the left. The currents are not a worry. It’s like a giant wave pool and we felt save. We had a great time. The people are very friendly.

Serene Beachfront Property

My mother and I stayed for seven days in this lovely unit and if we return to PR, would stay here again in an instant. It has a glorious view of palm trees and a sandy beach with particularly gorgeous sunrises. It is just a few minutes walk to Mar Chiquita, a charming beach favored by locals. It is safe, perfect for families with children, and has awesome kioskos with food and drinks. If you are looking for a place away from the chaos of San Juan, Manati is a non-touristy, quiet town. The condo is right down the road from a supermarcado and some delicious restaurants. The condo itself is clean, modern, and air conditioned. It is also well stocked with supplies. The beds were surprisingly soft and comfortable. I slept well every night. At the end of the week, I did not want to leave as it had become a home away from home.

Beautiful view

Each morning we awoke to a beautiful view of the ocean and it’s soothing sounds, enjoying our coffee on the balcony. The pool was cool and refreshing. The beach, sadly, was not as we had hoped - we never got more than our feet wet as it was very rocky and did not appear to be safe. The apartment had all the amenities we needed. The air conditioners worked well. The gated community was safe. Overall, this was a great place for rest and relaxation.

Overall booking and checking in was amazing. We had delayed flights but Margie kept communication open through the whole process. Arrived at night so couldn’t see the ocean but could hear the waves. First impression on the suit, AMAZING! Everything you need is there. We came during valentines and she had decor up and she also brought us some champagne ♥️. Beaches are beautiful at this location. Perfect!!

Margie is the best host. It was the birthday of two from our group and Margie received us with a happy birthday sign, cake and champagne! She also stayed to receive us late since our flights were delayed. The view of the ocean is perfect. The unit is very comfortable and clean. It has its own little patio across from the unit that leads to the beach. Adalberto, the manager, is very friendly too. Anything you need, both of them are ready to help. And, go eat at Costa Azul (not far from the apartment). Thanks Margie!!!
