Unique Pool Home. Very Modern though possesses a rustic beach zen like look & feel .

My personal custom house, General Contractor for 25 yrs.

Entire home has been recently remodeled with excellent taste.

( Though is not 100% perfect . Our goal is to provide a very comfortable , safe , enjoyable environment . No complainers seek to reserve here )

House has a full serving apartment studio with dual entrance . 1 private entry , 1 inhouse access entry that can also be locked off if you like.
Comes with its own washer and dryer . Own stove , fridge , microwave , in room AC & sleeper sofa.

The 2150 sq ft entire home offers 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8 very comfortable .
2 per King and queen beds . Can sleep another 1 or 2 on each sofa bed , house offers 2 sofa beds.

So the home can sleep 12 if your party fits such accommodations.

84“ TV smart TV . Surround sound in living room .
Super fast internet speed.
Desk and printer for use .

1 block away is a great fishing canel off the new bridge.

Literally everything you could want is local within 5 mins or less , including the many beaches.

Very private huge OASIS, backyard, with pool, 2- hammocks, gazebo & Bocce ball court 32' by 10' There are 3 custom sky lights that work by remote (2). Watch the stars and moon from the comfort of your bed! This House is Built to Entertain!
Master suite bathroom has a large waterfall Jacuzzi Tub, huge glassless shower with 3 large shower heads.

We can offer this package for easy set up. Queen inflatable bed. Large camping chairs . Oscillating fan . Out door style camping rug. Tarp under the tent for moisture protection.
Has electric running to it via heavy gauge extension cord. Figure about 20 minutes to set up .
30 minutes to break all down and repack.

* Home is 1 block away from the Delray Beach border . So you are super close to Atlantic Ave yet still in Boca Raton .

No pets , we love pets but have had problems in the past . Any signs of pets $400 charge . Sorry.

We stayed here for the whole month of February and really enjoyed it! Despite the weather not always being what we had hoped, the house was even better than we had planned. From the very beginning, the host was extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions. The location is just perfect, literally in the middle of everything you’d ever want, plus very lovely and safe. The home itself was very spacious, well-maintained, and fully stocked. There really wasn’t anything we wanted that wasn’t actually included - very impressive. We spent plenty of time in the backyard and enjoyed the grill, the pool, the bocce court, the hammocks, and all the shaded seating. Other than the pool not being heated, everything was perfect!

Great vacation!

Great house, location and pool. My wife, daughter and I escaped the cold weather and enjoyed a wonderful 2 week vacation at Steve’s house. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable, Private and Quiet

A very nice and quiet location. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed and either it’s own bathroom or direct access to a bathroom. Kitchen, living room and yard facilities helped make for an enjoyable stay, as well. Will definitely consider staying there again if in the area in the future.

Awesome location. Would never go on vacation to south Florida and rent anywhere else code on door made for easy access the house was great for entertainment pool heat wasn’t working so it was a bit cold but aside from that you won’t find a better location to stay with a group of people 10 out of 10

Excellent arrangement of space. AC is not central; room air conditioners noisy and did not always provide sufficient cooling even with ceiling fans in all rooms. Furnishings comfortable, but worn. Kitchen/dining area great for groups. Pool and fenced-in yard great.

Nice location and backyard

We had a great 2 week stay over the holidays. The house has a great backyard with palm trees, TV, pool, and hammocks. We enjoyed spending time back there. There were, however, some inaccuracies with the beds. Each bedroom only has 1 actual bed. There was a futon, trundle, and cot in addition.

This is a pretty accurate listing. We enjoyed the property and thought it was well listed. I might encourage the owner to make a list of TV remote instructions and some details about lights etc. Overall, we had a great time and the property Mgr was easy to work with.

Very cozy and relaxing oasis to stay!

Steve is one of the best host I have stayed with. His check in process was very easy. I loved that the ad shows the house exactly as it is. Pictures couldn't be more accurate but I never imagined the energy of the place. It is indeed like a private oasis. It's very welcoming, you do feel like home and you feel very relaxed. The place was spotless, the neighborhood it's very quiet and peaceful, also beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, and look to come back for a longer stay soon. Thank you Steve for making us feel like home!
