Huge lighted pickleball & basketball court with large outdoor living deck with two fire pits, big screen TV's , Sonos outdoor speakers, 8 person hot tub, ceiling fans, infrared heaters, outdoor kitchen with flattop grill & gravity fed charcoal grill and ice machine. Two sets of washers & dryers. Seating for over 20 people on the deck alone. Private boat dock and boat tamp on the propert. Plenty of parking and covered parking for three cars . The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Put all bedding and towels in large trash bags provided inside front door . Strip beds etc
Take all trash out to dumpster and turn thermostat to 82 in summer and 66 in winter
If raining try to cover outdoor furniture with furniture covers provided
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Watch video host sends to clean hot tub filter a minimum of Once per day and try for twice if using
Strip all beds used before checkout and place bedding on large plastic trash bags provided in pantry and Place inside reply door before leaving
Take out all trash and put in dumpster and replace all basketballs ans pickleball equipment back to storage boat near hot tub before leaving
