I stayed for almost two weeks, it is cute place my daughter is in college at Mars Hill so this was 30 min from her and 30 min into Asheville. If planning on sleeping on the couch it's very hard. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to ingles supermarket. It was very easy to make meals there. Washer and dryer were nice.

The place was clean But unfortunately dogs out back fenced in yard a lot of barking in evening peace disturbance I blame owners of dogs Dogs were left outside in cold day and night broke my heart owners werent giving their dogs attention they needed called animal control about situation they were of no help very rudeI had to leave before my stay ended uncomfortable for meMiserable stay there..

Sorry, do you did not enjoy your stay. I’ve had many guests before and nobody had complained about the dogs behind. I myself has stayed many times in there and I did not find the dogs to be an issue.. my son leave above work from home and also does not feel the dogs are a problem. Yes, it is sad to see the owners seem to mistreat them by leaving them outside. I totally agree with that.
