Good quiet location, easy to find, overall everything was good but we had to clean the toilet it was dirty, the TV didn’t work and the front door was open when we got there and it never locked from the outside, thank you

Thank you for staying with us and for the thoughtful review. I am glad you liked the quiet location and easy arrival. I am truly sorry for the issues you experienced. The toilet should have been spotless. We have addressed this with our cleaning team and added a second check before each arrival. The TV has been serviced and tested and is now working properly. The front door being open and not locking from the outside is unacceptable. We will get a locksmith to repair the smart lock to prevent this from happening again. We appreciate your feedback and would love the chance to host you again and earn that fifth star.
