Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty all garbage into the large garbage cans located in garage.
Garbage bags are avail under kitchen sink.
Please remove all perishable items.
Leave soiled bedding on bed.
Place all towels in laundry basket located in laundry room.
Turn off Stove and Oven.
Turn off gas on barbecue and re-cover.

This property is tucked away in a small private subdivision. The wooded one acre parcel backs up to private timber company land, offering peace, quiet, and privacy. The few neighboring parcels are occasionally occupied by wonderful and friendly people.
