Our stay started out terrible. No entry code was provided day of move in until after 8pm. Host did credit back a couple hundred dollars for the delay but the stress incurred trying to work with VRBO and host was was worth much more. House was nice and fairly new. Only issue with rental was no kitchen table or chairs. Only 2 very small stools at kitchen island. Also, no instructions / information written for WiFi, garbage take out, exiting instructions, use of community pool, etc. Host was attentive once he finally got a hold of me.

The house was rated on VBRO as a 10 but far from it more like a medicore 5-6. The house was large had two bedrooms which were adequate. Kitchen was large but poorly stocked, silverware; only 4 forks, spoons and knives.Mininual table ware no drinking glasses. We had to clean all of the sliverware and dishes before they were used. Had to scrub every pot or pan before the first used. House slept 4 but there was no table only 2 small bar stools. If there were more than two people the would either eat in shifts or on their lap in the great roomThere was a overhead light fixture hanging by wires in the kitchen and the dish washer was not secured in the island so evertime the door was opened or closed the door it would move in and out of the island cabinetThere were scented air freshners every where, on counter tops under sinks made your eyes water, had to store away. Ther were 3 cameras in the house we turned them all off. The house had a small side yard patio but no furniture. The owner did not inform us that there was a tenant living in the unattached portion of the house, we had a surprise meeting one morning.In all we only used the house for sleeping and a few meals, but it was not set up fo be a VRBO.The was more like a bachelor pad than vacation home
