We were on the 12th floor and were so happy to have 2 elevators on the property. We never had to wait long... The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. It was great having the tea pot and coffee pot, microwave and small fridge. The bathroom was clean and

The location was amazing, close to all attractions in Times Square. The main problems were slow response time from host regarding heat around 60-66 degrees and only two body towels for three adults for 5 nights. We could not turn on heat because it blew cold air. Thankfully the two space heaters helped. There were no blankets and only light comforter for 25 degree weather outside. The elevator is very small but did work. Beds were comfortable and shower had warm water.
