Brand New Luxury Townhouse Getaway in Lewiston, Idaho!

This memorable townhouse is the perfect home base for your trip to Lewiston. Stay in one of the comfortable bedrooms including 1 king bed in the master suite, and the other two rooms with 2 twin beds in each room. Have more people joining you? No problem! We have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, as well as a double futon. Each of the two bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and Shower gel, as well as a hairdryer. One of the bathrooms has a tub to soak your cares away! Since this is a townhouse, we have the other side also available if you're coming with a large group of people. Both sides are exactly the same--just the decor might be a little different.:) This cozy retreat offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. (I understand there are no reviews yet, as this is a new listing with VRBO. But if you want to read some of our reviews, find us on another rental site.)

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Remove trash from kitchen and bathrooms and place in the garbage in the garage

Start a load of used towels only. Do not combine towels and sheets together.

On the thermostat: during summer months, Turn it to 80° air conditioning. During the winter months, turn it to 60°.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please no pets on the furniture. We can supply a dog bed if you need one. All poop and other messes must be cleaned up upon checkout. Thank you!

We were having my dad's funeral and Kathy was so kind letting us check in early. The house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, there were extra blankets and bedding. We would recommend and stay there again.

Host was great, decorated nicely for Christmas, supplied a high chair and pack and play for baby. Place was clean, kitchen well-stocked, adequate seating for dining table. Location is very central to most of Lewiston and the Orchards. The main issue for us were the mattresses (very soft, and the twin beds very short), and the pillows way too thick (bad for necks). Also, no light blocking on the window blinds in the bedrooms. (The wooden Venetian blinds help, but bring an eye mask if you need a dark room.). Nonetheless, we would stay there again.

I start every morning with coffee and Jesus and then work through my day trying my best to bless others. If there is anything you need during your stay please reach out to me! I can also offer some suggestions for places to eat, things to do, etc.

Why they chose this property

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood this townhome offers peace. We built this townhome with a firewall in between them so noise won't transfer from the other side. Out the back deck, there is an elementary school. Sometimes during the school year, you might hear the school bell sound. If bringing kids, they'll have their own playground!

What makes this property unique

I love making our guests comfortable and feel special when they arrive. Decorating our space according to the holidays, seasons, and maybe sometimes the events to why you are coming is a joy for me.
