This condo includes free beach service (seasonal from March 1 to October 31st) each day of your stay! Enjoy two beach chaise loungers and one umbrella setup each day of your stay.

When you step into this professionally decorated unit, you are hit with the magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico! The condo’s open layout allows provides gulf views from the living space, dining area, and kitchen. Upgraded wood-look, coastal, upgraded tile flooring is installed through out the condo . The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, along with beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. The living area boasts a 47 inch flat-panel HDTV, with 3-D capability and direct access to your extra-large balcony.

The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast and peaceful afternoons! Enjoy outdoor meals with beautiful views of the gulf of mexico, sandy quartz beach, and majestic sunsets. The comfortable balcony furnishings are perfect for working on your tan, enjoying a good book, taking a nap, or enjoying your morning coffee.

The gulf-front master bedroom includes a king bed, separate balcony access. The private master bath includes a combination tub/shower and double vanity. The spacious guest bedroom includes two double beds, and private access to the guest bathroom. The guest bath includes a combination shower/tub.

The condo includes a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Ocean Reef is located in a perfect location! Ocean Reef is beach-front and offers over 300 feet of linear beach. Within walking distance you'll enjoy a coffee and donut shop, sandwich shop, Alvin Island Beach and Gift Store, Runaway Island Grill beach-front restaurant, Putt-putt golf and go-carts at Hidden Lagoon, and much more.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

Nice, clean property

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Great location, easy check in process, and lots of extra added touches to make our vacation wonderful. The ocean view was the best part! We will be back.

Great vacation condo

Great condo with a really large balcony. The view of the ocean was great. The condo was exactly as pictured and was in a convenient location. Perfect spot for a couple or small family. Loved that there were reserved beach chairs included and that floaties, beach chairs, etc were also available in the condo for our use.

The parking for 1 car under the condo is very tight as there are 3 spaces for each group of cars. Greta's team was nice and everything we needed or had questions on they answered.

The condo was great but the elevator situation was not. Only 1 out of 3 elevators were in service for our stay and listening to other guests that seems to be a common occurrence. At one point a sign had been added that only 6 guests should be on the elevator at a time on an elevator whose official capacity is 15. It took over an hour of waiting to even get from the parking garage to our condo upon checking in.

GREAT location across from the arcade and hidden lagoon mini golf. IF you drive anything bigger then a compact good luck parking in the garage space. Only 2 of the 3 elevators worked the entire time we were there, may the odds be ever in your favor with that. The TV never worked in the second bedroom, quick response to request but not fixed. Overall would stay again

Awesome!

Great condo with breathtaking views! Very clean, homey and near tons of things! The kitchen had everything and anything. Very large washer and dryer. Balcony was spacious and awesome views. Great pool and assigned parking space. Ten minutes from shopping and restaurants as well as Pier Park. Also enjoyed the two lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach which was free. All kinds of board games for rainy days. Exceptional place! We were very pleased.

What a relief to be out of South Carolina for the Hurricane. We stayed on the strip so we did not have any effects in Pidgeon Forge We had many questions answered in such a timely manner that eased our minds about the whole situation. We appreciate the professionalism of the management. The indoor pool was used due to the rainy days and made it fun for the grands. We have stayed in these condos about 4 times and appreciate the amenities and cost. The elevators were cleaned everyday-we couldn't believe how clean everything was.

First Condo Experience

At 70, this is first time I have rented a condo instead of staying in a hotel. It was better than I thought it would be and wish I had longer than 3 days. It felt very homey even though it wasn't mine! Drawers were available in bedrooms and bathroom, good closet space, washer and dryer in unit, lots of small appliances, comfortable furniture, and anything needed for cooking (although we didn't!) Lots of board games available and the perfect round table for playing them. Everything was just as in the photos and in great condition. 14th floor is high enough to see over the building next door with a great panoramic view of the ocean and sunset. Only negative about Ocean Reef for me is no place on site to get food or drink. But Sharky's and a few other places are a short beach walk!

Reviewer Comments: Very nice, loved the spacious balcony with big chairs, this is the best supplied unit we have rented, bikes, beach set up,electronic devices tops, toys and games, utility room, even a small xmas tree in the closet, I was amazed, We will be back. The only negative is a comment I make at most rentals, I am a big guy 6'4 and the chairs and sofa in the living room are best suited for short people. It would be nice to have a large recliner for us big guys, that would make it perfect. The carpet is clean,good quality, in good shape but stained in areas of high traffic and the granite counters likewise need chemical clean and resealed for the long haul. I found the king bed a bit soft for a big guy but every big guy comment I make is countered by the fact my wife 5' 4" loved the chairs and bed. Over all it was very impressive, very well decorated, a lot for the money.

We've rented different PCB condo's since 2005. This condo is now rated as one of our favorite condo's. The condo is very accommodating for a family of four. The King size bed was comfortable and our daughters had plenty of space sharing the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. The condo is as described and very nicely decorated. The balcony is bigger than most of the condo's we've rented at other places. Only negative comment, if any, is that when you flush either of the toilets they make a LOUD noise.........sounds like there's an airplane taking off. The condo was extremely clean, however, someone has forgotten to clean the returns. They are extremely dusty. The returns need to be cleaned/vacuumed. We also like where the Ocean Reef complex is located. Only issue with Ocean Reef is that the outside pool is OK and there are a limited amount of chairs around the pool. Overall, excellent condo! We enjoyed our time at PCB.

A beach cart, beach toys, books, a cooler, crock pot, yoga mat, beach chairs, blender, magazines and much more! The beds were comfy and the condo was super clean. The 14th floor has a great view without having to be on the top floor. The beach chair service was great and the pool was clean. The security service is extremely STRICT. Wear those bands! Location is perfect. Right across from Funland and Amore donut/ice cream shop. We had a light bulb blow-not a big deal but it was replaced within 8 hours! Great customer service. This was our second stay at Ocean Reef condos and we will be back.

The condo could have been cleaner, when we arrived at 4 pm check in the cleaner was still there the condo had a strong chemical odor . They was sand on the master comfort when I went ran my hand over it . There was sand on the coffee table, and candy wrappers in the floor . When we went to bed the pillow case on my husband side had black stains like mascara. I felt like it was dirty then cleaned it myself. We didn't like the property lets tents umbrella be placed in front of our reserved chairs. It was very crowded . View is spectulator , loved the balcony overall stay we enjoyed . Just didn't appreciate a hit and miss cleaning before our arrival.

Ocean reef 1407

Wonderful condo. Very homey and just beautiful. Issues: I did not receive email regarding downloading the Hospitality App that gave all the pertinent required info about check in, key code, rules, no smoking policy anywhere on grounds INCLUDING the beach. Also, last day of visit I tried using WiFi and gave up. And those codes were also in the hospitality app. Parking was VERY tight. No major issue, but two SUVS could not easily park beside each other. Just a heads up for future travelers. But the condo was great I also cannot say enough about the check in attendant, John. Without him, I still would be trying to get help. He put me in touch with someone at at Greta’s and that’s when they told me there was the app to download. So sitting at the security entrance, I had to go through and download. Not a great way to start, but he was super helpful to both my daughter and me. Very thoughtful, courteous, and understanding.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed late June. The weather was a little rainy and we had double red flags, but we had a few great days on the beach. The condo was well equipped with anything you may need. My husband and I commented how it would be a nice place to stay for those that stay several weeks. Beach side service was easy to set up. The pool is a little small, but there is an ocean just steps away. We had plenty of towels and the washer/dryer helps a lot with small kids. The water pressure in the shower is high my husband was jealous, because our house doesn't have that good of pressure. Everything was clean when we arrived. There is a cart in the laundry room to help bring your stuff up. When we stayed it didn't seem like a lot of people were staying in the building. There wasn't a ton of traffic in and out at the times we were leaving. I will say we have a mid sized suv and the spot is on the end and can be a little tight to get in and out. We were lucky there were spots on the other side empty so it made backing in easier. If it was packed full I assume it would be harder to get into. There is additional parking so not a deal breaker if you are driving a larger vehicle. Everyone that worked in the building was very nice and helpful. Shops and restaurants are near by and an easy walk. Just a heads up the app they use won't work on newer Android phones. I actually used another phone we have that was an iPhone and it worked on it. We enjoyed our stay and will return to ocean reef if we come back to PCB.

The minute you open the door you can see the gulf and the beach is beautiful. Having access to the balcony from the master was great also. Nothing like waking up and being able 'to see the gulf before even getting out of bed! The free beach chairs and umbrella service was a plus and there were beach chairs, an umbrella and other beach things on the balcony that you could use also. The balcony was wonderful, so much room and plenty of places to sit and lounge. Elevators were quick, and there were 3 of them so you never really had to wait long. I would definitely recommend to anybody. ❤️Check in/out was a breeze also.
