Booked this place for my birthday. My friends flew in from TX as well as I drove in from KY with a couple friends. Upon arriving the screen door was locked and no way to type the code to get in… I contacted the host (he got into contact with me fairly quickly) turned out that place was double booked and there already was guests there staying… he apologized and tried to find us something else as that did not work out since everything was booked up. It sucked it really did, not only my friends who flew in along with driving this far to get here and literally no where to stay.. refund was estimated at 5-7days. He did offer to accommodate a future trip for my 4 friends and I in the future to make up for the mistake of the double booking. Hopefully we will all be able to meet up again and take him up on his offer. I mean it’s life things happen, mistakes happen. I will say as far as communication he got back to me quickly, didn’t leave me hanging. He tried to get us somewhere as that did fall through as well. I did appreciate the effort at least.

Just a quick overnight trip

My sisters and I came in for an all white event. Check in was good, the house was clean and smelled properly cleaned. It was a overnight trip but this home is suitable for long stays and family trips. I would book again....uber was $14 oneway to the riverfront....perfect location close to downtown. We even had brunch around the corner from home at Soul. Great trip!

Football trip

The house wasn’t the cleanest. There was dust buildup on all vents. Bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. All the extra stuff shoved in the garage was tacky. Food leftover in freezer. I was scared to sleep in the bed. Wasn’t sure sheets had been washed. Neighborhood looked sketchy driving in. Back porch wasn’t really a porch. Trash junk in back yard. Would not recommend.
