We house 15 adults on a work trip to the Orange County Convention Center. House worked great for our large group. Everyone had their own room and bathroom.Home layout is excellent. Kitchen is well stocked for a large group.

Team Group Competition Stay

Absolutely loved this place andhope to come back. We have seen nothing like it. WAY cheaper than the hotel booking through the competition we attended so we saved money, had our own pool, fun entertaining rooms that the kids loved- yep, high school kids, and everything was perfect!!

It was a great house. Not a luxury experience.

The house is brand new and beautiful but missing a lot of things that would define the home as a luxury experience. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were where things were missing. No hand soap. No cleaning supplies. No trash bag. No kitchen towels. No face cloths for bathing. No soap for the dishwasher or washing machines. The communication was interesting with the property manager. Still missing two packages that claim to be delivered and none was helpful. The staff at The TopVillas was inconsistent and often would refer to the neighborhood or property manager. Also offering products and then being told they are not available because of the house being a newly added property to the rentals. Overall great house but leaving underwhelmed.

To clarify, all of our homes are self-catering, which means we don't supply essentials such as hand soap and cleaning supplies. face cloths, and dishwasher or laundry Guests typically bring or purchase these according to their needs. As this is a newly added property, we are actively working to smooth out communication processes and ensure all promised amenities are clearly aligned with availability. We’re sorry for any confusion or delays regarding package deliveries and communication — your experience has been noted, and we’ll be using this feedback to improve service consistency across the board.
