Lincoln Center Oasis - Luxury Apartment

Enjoy a spacious and extra large studio apartment right in the heart of Lincoln Square on the Upper West Side. This is a peaceful oasis that is centrally-located to everything you need by foot including multiple Subway lines. Central Park, Riverside Park, The Metropolitan Opera are all walking distance from the apartment, not to mention the myriad of delectable restaurants and cafes nearby. I have rented my apartment for the last two years on other platforms with 5-star reviews across the board. Guests have loved my unique space so much that they have returned multiple times and referred their friends and family.

You will be stepping into my personal home, that I live in and work out of when I am not traveling. I hope you will enjoy it just as much as I do.

Additional details about the apartment:

- Located in an elevator building with full-time doormen
- The space can comfortably accommodate two adults
- Third guest may be accommodated pending approval (please contact host for additional information)
- Check-in time is 4pm, Check-out time is 11am
- Brand-name soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner will be provided
- Designer towels and linens will be provided (Anthropologie, Frette, Parachute, Saks Fifth Avenue)
- Kitchen essentials including salt, pepper, seasoning, cooking oil, pots, pans, plates and utensils will be provided
- Complimentary teas with electric kettle and basic coffee machine included in addition to Vitamix blender
- Workplace area with desk and chair includes monitor, webcam, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse
- There is a paid parking garage in the building, as well as available street parking
- There is a paid laundry room on each floor of the building, and I am happy to provide detergent

The location was great! Good restaurants, coffee shops, and markets close by. The apartment was a cozy place to come back to after exploring NYC. It was close to subway and Central Park. The host was quick to respond to all questions. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful place to kick back after a day of sightseeing and walking. Comfy bed, clean apartment, very nice building. Restaurants nearby, subway stops within a couple blocks, Central Park walkable. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook, but we went to great local restaurants instead. I would stay here again. Very responsive owner.

Relaxing getaway

We stayed a week and the location is incredible. Easy access to the subway up and down town, a 5 minute walk to Central Park and many services near by - including Urgent Care that we used and pharmacy. The apartment has an excellent kitchen and the bed is soooo comfy. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot for our busy schedule. Apartment is comfortable and well appointed. Communications with David was great, he was very responsive. We will definitely consider for our next NYC visit!

It was in a perfect location. The doormen were great. The owner helped with concerns. The kitchen had pleanty of appliances and dishware. However, there were no drawers for clothes. There was a small closet to hang things, just no drawers.

Adorable Gem in great location

This is a great apartment! The location is perfect, very close to the subway, grocery stores, and restaurants. We were in NYC for a concert at the Beacon Theater and were able to walk from the apartment. Everything was clean and accessible. David, the host, was extremely organized and responsive. The entire experience could not have been better. Highest recommendation!

Great upper west side location

The apartment is a spacious studio layout on the upper west side away from midtown congestion, convenient to Central Park and Hudson River parks. The host communicates well and is very accommodating.

Very pleasant studio for holiday in NYC

The studio is one big room with a separate bathroom and extremely well equiped. Very cosy with comfortable, high quality furnitures. We thought there was a separate bedroom, but we slept well, too. The location was great in a side street and the subway was in walking distance. The Metropolitan Opera 5 minutes by feet! Very happy we stayed there!

Perfect

A sweet, comfortable 4th floor studio apartment with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and excellent shower. Theres a grocery attached to the hi rise with a wonderful assortment of foods, both ready to eat and to cook, i did both rather than eat out. Also a french wine shop around the corner, actually, everything is around a corner! Lincoln Center a couple blocks south, Central Park a couple of blocks east. Great location and a host who responds right away.

Peaceful and serene

Loved being able to relax after a long day and had access to so much around. We ordered carry out from The Smith. We always treat rentals like our own home and enjoyed all of the luxuries this apartment annd host afforded us. Would highly recommend.

We paid for three nights in advance, but chose not to stay there shortly after checking in. The host was excellent, responsive, and not at fault for any of this. However, future guests should know that while the listing states it has air conditioning, the building turns it off seasonally, and during our stay it was quite warm even with the window open. The unit also had a pleasant candle scent that many guests probably enjoy, but it was a bit strong for us. Finally, note that it is a studio space, not a one-bedroom apartment. The location is fantastic, safe, and close to everything. Overall, a great host and a nice place, just not the right fit for our personal needs.
