Beach vacation

Had a great time at this property, location and the home were excellent. Parking was a little tight but that’s to be expected right off the beach. Working with Mary was great as well. Overall a great place to stay!

It was perfect for our little getaway. 1 min from the sand. The view has changed a little bit from the two story house's that have been built in front of the ocean view and still construction is going on. Mary, the owner of the apartment is very sweet and friendly. It was worth every penny I spent for 7 wks. I would do it again.

The best location

Mary’s home was fantastic, communication was excellent, and the location is incredible. We’ve stayed on the Strand in other parts of Manhattan Beach, but we prefer this location. 2 houses off the sand, and in the best part of MB. Amazing

Exceptional Stay and Property

This is quintessential Manhattan Beach living. The sounds of the ocean, the short walk to The Strand, short walk to the center of the shopping and dining. Easy garage parking. The home was clean and included everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Communication was perfect. We loved our stay here!

Great views and location

Our hostess Mary could not have been more accommodating and kind. The home was in the perfect location, a half a block to the Strand and the beach. Having cocktails on the outdoor balcony or from both the family room and kitchen the views of the breaking waves is outstanding. A TRUE GEM.

Refreshing stay, killer view in modern two story

I loved this condo! The freshly refinished stairway and beautifully updated master bathroom added a touch of elegance and made the space feel perfect. The patio, with its stunning, energizing view, became my favorite spot to recharge.

Manhattan Beach Gem!

We visited Manhattan Beach for the first time and will definitely be back! The location of this property is perfect for beach-lovers and also walking distance to the many restaurants and shops - we didn't even need a car. The vibe in MB is so chill and friendly and Mary was so lovely to work with and very responsive. Honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay! Thanks, Mary!

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and close to all of the Manhattan Blvd restaurants and shopping. The walk to the beach was just steps away. The view from the upstairs was incredible. We enjoyed the sunsets that were located directly over the ocean in front of us. The garage is very small and tight. Our small SUV did fit, barely. Mary was easy and fast to communicate with. Thank you!

Amazing views and location!

We loved our stay here! We've been to this area many times over the years and this is one of our favorite rentals because of the views and location. We just stood on the upstairs balcony and at the kitchen windows to watch the beautiful sunsets and ocean waves less than a block away! Walking into town, to the MB pier or to a multitude of restaurants took no more than 5 minutes. The apartment was well furnished and very clean and it was wonderful to have bikes, towels, umbrellas and beach chairs to use! Communication with the owner was wonderful and they were very accommodating. Five stars all the way around!
