Summary:
Park your car and leave it for the weekend! Walk to everything within 3 mins, restaurants, shops, bars and more! Fully renovated and finished in June 2024. Spacious, fully stocked, parking and more. Plush linens, bright large windows, open living and kitchen area great for relaxing. All new furnishings throughout to not miss a beat. Designed with our guests in mind to come back year after year.

The Space:
Our property recently went through a full renovation. This unit is within a Victorian style large home with 4 units, 7 bedrooms total all renovated and and each with separate entrances. Rent just one unit or inquire about renting the entire space. You cannot beat its Location, location location! Mins from the water, shopping and downtown. Just enough up the street to remove yourself from the noise but close enough to conveniently enjoy! One car parking included with your stay.

Excellent Apartment in Heart of Newport

The apartment was perfect for our weekend stay and we couldn't recommend it enough. It's located right in the center of Newport in walking distance of everything. The place is brand new, clean, and comes with parking. Communication with the property manager was easy and clear. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Excellent location. Brand new inside. Super clean. Very comfortable. Great layout. Keypad entry system was a little confusing. Was a little difficult conversing correctly and paying thru VRBO app. Could use dimmer lights in main areas but overall everything was fantastic!

Wonderful weekend with my daughter

My daughter and I have been looking forward to a long weekend in Newport. My daughter has some specific requirements and this location fit the bill. The location was great and we were able to walk to most attractions although we did drive due to weather. The apartment was newly remodeled and was clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Attention was paid to all details.There were two things I wanted to warn potential visitors about. First the lock was really difficult to work. It is a strange keypad that is not user friendly. In addition the afternoon sun shines in a way that I was not even able to see the keypad. Fortunately the management company had a solution because it had the potential to ruin the trip. Secondly the bedrooms face the street. My daughter used a white noise machine to drown out noise. I did not hear anything but wanted to pass this along as a helpful hint.Would definitely go back as long as the lock issue was resolved
