Welcome to our newly renovated home on a quiet street beside University of Toronto Mississauga. The house is perfect for international visitors, families, and business travellers.

Please note the property is a duplex, you`ll have access to the upper unit - first floor and second floor - completely to yourselves, with private entrance (via the front door). The basement unit has a separate entrance and is occupied.

➜ A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

The property is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well ventilated before each guest`s arrival. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask us before booking.

You`ll have access to the main floor and second floor completely to yourselves, with private entrance (via the front door).

The basement is not accessible as it is a separate unit.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.

Very clean and nice neighborhood!

House was very clean, lots of room, comfortable, and well stocked. Good central location to take the train into Toronto. Lots of restaurants and things to do close by! One thing to be aware of is, there is a separate rental in the basement which does have its own entrance and no access to main house.

Spacious and Newly Remodeled House in Nice Neighborhood

Our family of three were out and busy most of the time during our four day vacation in Toronto, but we enjoyed our stay and rested well in this nice house! The house is conveniently located about half-hour driving away from downtown Toronto and about one-hour away from Niagara Falls. Andrea is attentive and made sure our check-in, stay, and check-out were smooth and trouble free.
