This 2 bedroom 1 bath can accommodate your adventurous tendencies and provide a cozy space to end the day. The local wildlife often visits, including Canada geese, deer, fox, ducks (mallards, hooded mergansers, wood ducks), turtles, bullfrogs, and the occasional blue heron. It's a great place for bird watching and you never know what you might see each day. There are goats next door for an extra dose of the farm-style vibe! Watch the sunset from home or take a trip to our thriving downtown in beautiful Grass Valley. Whether it's summer or winter, we have you covered with heat and AC. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and other amenities for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs with an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer with water and ice dispensers, and cooking pots, pans, and utensils.
