The balcony and the view are perfect for coffee and cocktails. There are three bedrooms and 1.5 baths in this area. The washer and dryer are accessible from this floor. Take just a few more steps to the third floor, and you will enter into 'space heaven'. Six more bedrooms, four additional bathrooms, and a second kitchen and great room lend itself for multi-family gatherings. This is an even better view of sailboats and sport fishing boats.
