This neighborhood is very close to the vibrant shops, restaurants and nightlife of downtown Norfolk. The new Norfolk Whitewater Park is only 3 blocks away and is a fun and exciting way to enjoy our city!

What makes this property unique

The apartment is in the basement of an older house so be prepared for a few steps right inside the front door. It is quiet and walkable to everything you could possibly need. Hy Vee grocery is two blocks east, downtown is 2 blocks north and Memorial Field and Aquaventure Water Park are about 6 blocks away.
