Villa 80 m2 with garden by private beach
Two level villa. Ground floor incudes living room, kitchen, w.c. and first floor two bedrooms and bathroom.

Saint Aemilianus: region after Costa with many bays and large and imposing houses, in all the way to Cape St. Emilian where the chapel is located, the ancient name of the cape was "stonewalling" for the difficult passage to ships The tradition wants the church to be built by Navy as barkarize of Spetses on the Cape appeared Saint Aemilianus and urged him to turn back because of bad weather, the sailor tried to pass again and again but did not succeed until built the church so that sailors can have safe passage.
The space of the church was formed in 1970 by a partnership of the fertilizer company and by Mr. Bodossaki -Athanasiadi.
