There is a rotating parking spot next to the property. If there are more cars, it's possible to park at the clubhouse.
There is a gate guard at the entrance of the community to increase local safety. Guests need to provide the full names of the drivers upon the reservation confirmed to be registered at the gate guard
No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard

Accessibility Items
We provide a shower chair and an accessibility ramp at no extra cost. We kindly ask that these items be requested in advance.

POOL HEAT – Additional service
Cost: $45/day (plus taxes)

* 15% discount for 7+ nights
* 20% discount for 14+ nights
Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
Must be requested 48h in advance.
Heater works through heat exchange and will not work in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

PET FRIENDLY
Bringing your furry friend? They are more than welcome! We allow up to 2 pets (up to 50 lbs each) with a pet fee of $129+ taxes.
We kindly ask that guests take responsibility for their pet, including cleaning up after them and preventing damage. Additional charges will be applied in case of non-compliance.

BBQ PROPANE TANK
The propane tank for the BBQ is an additional service priced at $65 + taxes. Guests may choose to bring their own tank or request ours.

DAMAGE PROTECTION (OPTIONAL)
We offer optional Damage Protection coverage for your stay for $79+ taxes.
This coverage helps protect against accidental damages and can help avoid potential extra charges. Many guests choose this option for added peace of mind during their stay.
If this protection is not selected, guests will be responsible for any damages caused during the stay.
