Very clean modern 3 bedroom,(5 people maximum for family, 2 couple maximum) 2 bath Leisurama with pool. Very comfortable for 2 couples or family of 5. NOT A SHARE HOUSE. NOT FOR 5 UNRELATED GUESTS. Registered with the Town of East Hampton Rental Registry. Minimum Age to rent this property is 30. All new modern appliances, cabinets, Hickory hard wood floors, heating & air conditioning system, Samsung smart tv's. Exposed beam ceilings. Kohler fixtures.Counter island seats 4. Beautifully landscaped property with irrigation system, fenced in back yard, locking gate, deck & gunite pool. Walk to bay, harbor & restaurants, great for bike riding with the kids to lake montauk,bay,shops and marinas. Quiet neighborhood. Great back yard for grilling and relaxing by the pool. NO Smoking No Pets. 100% payment in full is required before check in. Non refundable if renter cancels. Agreement is not binding until I have received payment in full with email confirm. This property is not a hotel or b&b and does not rent daily. We rent to couples & families for 7 days or more.

house was fantastic and love the location.

We had a great time. Love the house and Honora was more than gracious and lovely to deal with. We will definitely return! Just a couple of suggestions Need more lounge chairs around the pool and could use some outdoor lighting around the pool for evening swims.

Clean and Delightful

The house has been updated very nicely. Clean and simple just like Montauk. Close to area restaurants and beaches. The host was extremely accommodating and a pure pleasure to work with. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful Home for a family vacation!

The owner, Hanora is a pleasure to deal with and keeps this home absolutely immaculate! There was plenty of space for our family of 5 as well as my niece. The backyard is perfect for swimming and having a BBQ to avoid the crowds. We had a wonderful vacation and will definately rent again! Thank You for sharing this wonderful home!!
