There is always a chance to see wildlife such as deer, otters, fox, coyote, bald eagles, geese, mergansers, and cranes. In the warm months, you'll also see many people floating the river as Fort Spring to Alderson is one of the most popular river floats with small rapids and white water.
You will have full access to the dome, the deck and the grass area next to dome. There is private river access but please note that the path to the river is currently very rustic & rocky. Keep this in mind if you plan to access the river or bring a kayak or similar boat/float. Future updates to this area coming soon!
Keyless entry and private driveway allow you to access the property easily and at your convenience. We live on the property and are available if you need anything.
Other details to note: There are train tracks on the other side of the river. Trains run any time of the day and night and can be loud.
The dome is 100% wheel chair accessible with a ramp from the parking area to the deck and a ramp at the door. Please note that there is a curb on the shower.
Large groups, parties, and extra overnight guests who are not approved ahead of time will not be permitted.
