This property is right next to Muamee bay State Park and Eagles Landing golf course. There's a bike path 100 ft away that leads to South Shore park (great for sunsets), Pearson Metro Park, and of course Maumee bay State Park. There's also a great restaurant (Oregon Inn) just 100ft away. Downtown Toledo is a 15 minute drive. The driveway is 130 ft long and there is a boat ramp a mile away. There is also a guest house that is also on here for rent that shares the 2 lane driveway and yard
